Muse AI Invite Code: How to Get 1 Billion Tokens

Muse, Meta's personal AI agent, reportedly gives new users 1 billion tokens when they redeem an invite code within 48 hours of joining — and the person who shared the code gets 1 billion too. This page explains how the Muse AI referral code works, how to redeem one, why codes fail, and what Muse can actually do, with confirmed facts separated from claims we could not verify.

Redeem this code in Muse within 48 hours of creating your account to claim the reported 1 billion token bonus. The clock starts when the account is created, not when you find the code.

Muse AI Referral code UZTCWZ

This is our own invite code, copied from our Muse account's share sheet. One thing that trips people up: the code cannot be built into the join link — Muse's share link is a plain muse.ai/join, with no code attached, and the code is entered in Settings after you sign up (steps below). We have not redeemed this code ourselves — we can't; it's ours — so the offer terms remain reported, as labeled throughout this page. If the code has exhausted its redemptions when you try it, it will simply fail; see why codes stop working.

How referral codes work: redeem the code above within 48 hours of joining and both you and this site's Muse account receive the reported bonus. That is the entire arrangement — there is no other benefit to us, and no cost to you.

1. The Muse AI invite code offer: 1 billion tokens, as reported

On September 16, 2026, Muse's official social account announced a referral offer, as covered by multiple independent sites that quoted the announcement directly: invite up to 20 friends, and you will each get 1 billion tokens when they onboard and redeem your code. Meta executive Alexandr Wang added that inviting all 20 friends unlocks early access to Muse's newest features. Reported

Here is the offer as reported — and, just as important, what has not been published:

  • Both sides get paid in tokens. The new user who redeems a code receives 1 billion tokens; the code's owner receives 1 billion tokens for that redemption too.

  • The referrer's ceiling is 20 friends — up to 20 billion tokens in total, plus the reported early-access perk for completing all 20.

  • The bonus is one-time. It is a grant credited when the new user onboards. It does not raise your recurring usage allowance.

  • Redemption happens in Settings, inside the Muse app or on the web — not on a separate website, and never by paying anyone.

  • Not published by Meta: whether bonus tokens expire, whether they stack on top of a paid plan's allowance, and the order in which bonus and recurring tokens are spent. Secondary sites claiming bonus tokens "never expire" are guessing; Meta's public pages do not say.

Read this before you trust any Muse AI redeem code page — including this one

Every redemption pays the code's owner 1 billion tokens, which is why referral codes are posted aggressively all over social media and search results. The codes themselves are interchangeable: a friend's code pays you exactly the same 1 billion tokens as a stranger's. What differs is whether the code still has redemptions left. Meta's own product pages (ai.meta.com/muse) do not currently publish the referral program's terms, so every detail in this section is labeled Reported rather than confirmed.

2. How to redeem a Muse AI referral code

The single most important fact about redemption is the deadline: the code must be entered within 48 hours of creating your Muse account. Joining Muse and redeeming a code are two separate actions — creating an account does not automatically apply anyone's code, and the reported terms tie the bonus to that 48-hour window. Do the redemption in your first session. Reported

Meta has not published official step-by-step redemption instructions on its public pages. The steps below reflect the flow described consistently across user reports and independent guides; menu labels may vary slightly between app versions. Steps not verified against Meta documentation

On the web (muse.ai)

  1. Create your account first. Sign up for Muse in a region where it is available (the United States and Canada, per Meta). The 48-hour redemption clock starts now.

  2. Open Settings. From the main Muse screen, open the menu and choose Settings.

  3. Go to General, then the redeem option. Look for Redeem invite code (some versions label it "Have an invite code?").

  4. Paste the code and confirm. Enter the code exactly as shown — these codes are short alphanumeric strings — and submit.

  5. Verify the credit. Check your token balance or usage screen before closing Settings. The bonus should appear as a one-time grant, separate from your recurring allowance.

In the Muse app (iOS and Android)

  1. Install Muse and create your account. Again, the 48-hour window opens at account creation.

  2. Open Settings. Tap your profile picture, then Settings.

  3. Tap Redeem invite code. In the app this is reported to sit directly in Settings rather than under a General submenu.

  4. Enter the code and confirm.

  5. Confirm the bonus landed. Open your usage or token balance view and check that the one-time grant is shown.

Already past 48 hours?

Based on the reported terms, the bonus is no longer available to your account — entering a code late is not expected to pay out. You are not locked out of the program, though: you can still share your own invite code and earn 1 billion tokens for each of up to 20 friends who redeem it within their own windows.

3. Why a Muse AI code might not work

Most failed redemptions come down to timing or limits, not to anything you did wrong. The table below separates what Meta has confirmed from what is only reported or reasonably inferred—because the fix differs depending on which problem you actually have.

Common Reasons a Muse AI Token Code Fails

The Practical Order of Checks

  1. How old is your account? If it is under 48 hours old, proceed to step 2. If it is older, the redemption window has closed and no workaround exists.

  2. Try a different code. Exhaustion is the most common failure for fresh accounts—codes posted publicly burn through their use caps quickly.

  3. Confirm you are signed into the account you just created, not an older Meta account. A code redeemed on the wrong account will not transfer.

  4. If none of that applies, the honest answer is that Meta has published no troubleshooting documentation for this program, and no third party can fix it for you.

4. What is Meta Muse AI?

Muse is Meta's personal AI agent, launched September 8, 2026. Where a chatbot answers questions, Muse is built to do things: you describe what needs to get done — in the Muse app or in a WhatsApp conversation — and it works out the steps and carries them out, asking your approval at the points that matter. It is powered by Muse Spark, which Meta calls its most capable model to date, built for real-world agentic work. Confirmed (Meta launch announcement)

Two design choices define it. First, Muse runs on Muse Secure VM — a dedicated virtual computer in the cloud that holds the agent and your data, separate from everyone else's. Second, it is built around goals, not just prompts: share a goal and Muse develops a plan, coordinates time and resources, and keeps advancing the work on its own, returning to you when something changes or when it needs approval.

Chatbot vs. assistant vs. personal agent (per Meta's own definitions)TypeWhat it doesExample behaviorChatbotResponds to one question at a time."What's the capital of Vermont?" → an answer, then it stops.AI assistantHandles more complex conversations and generates content.Drafts an email for you to copy, send, and track yourself.Personal AI agent (Muse)Takes real actions across the web and connected apps, works through multi-step tasks on its own, and keeps running in the background after you close the app.Sends the email after your approval, watches for the reply, and adjusts the follow-up plan while you're doing something else.

Availability: Muse is rolling out in the US on iOS, Android, and muse.ai, with AI glasses support announced as coming soon; Meta's small-business announcement confirms availability in the US and Canada. It is free for most of what people need, with subscription plans for people who want to do more.

5. What can Muse AI actually do?

Everything in this section is drawn from Meta's launch announcement, its small-business announcement, and the official Muse product page. Where a capability is announced but not yet live, we say so.

Research and web work Confirmed

Muse can browse the web, open pages, fill out forms, and pull information together across sources. Meta's examples include negotiating on your behalf — working to sell a car for more or lower a bill — and turning a recipe reel you saved on Instagram into a grocery list, complete with a suggested menu and your friends' dietary restrictions remembered before it sends the invites.

Email, messages, and scheduling Confirmed

Muse can send email and act on connected accounts with permission you set per connection — for email, you choose whether it can only read your mail or also send on your behalf. It sets reminders, tracks goals, and monitors things you care about, alerting you when conditions change (Meta's example: watch daily weather reports and warn you about rain). You can also talk to Muse directly inside WhatsApp.

Purchases Confirmed

At checkout, Muse pays through Link (built by Stripe), which generates a one-time-use card so your real card details stay hidden; Muse is the first agent covered by Link's purchase protections, including coverage for damaged or lost items, price drops, and no-fee returns on eligible purchases. Shop Pay as a payment option and 1Password support for logins are announced as coming soon, not live. Partially announced

Documents, images, and content Confirmed

Per Meta's product page, Muse can generate images and create documents, alongside answering questions and completing tasks.

Business workflows Confirmed

Muse for Small Business (announced September 29, 2026) connects Instagram professional account analytics, Facebook Pages, and Meta ad accounts, plus dozens of third-party business tools, and supports custom connectors. Meta's pitch is background execution: the owner in its launch story works ~65 hours a week and hands Muse the roles he cannot staff. See the connectors table for what is actually named.

Background execution Confirmed

When you give Muse a task, it keeps working whether or not the app is open. It comes back when something changes or when it needs approval — Meta's examples are before it sends an email or makes a purchase. You review and approve actions along the way, and you can set each permission to allow once, always allow, or deny.

Documented vs. demonstrated

The capabilities above are officially documented by Meta. They are not the same as independently tested results: this page has not run its own benchmark of, say, how well Muse negotiates a bill, and neither the launch materials nor this article provides task-completion rates or success percentages. Any site quoting you a specific number of tasks Muse completes, or a success rate, without a test you can inspect is inventing it.

6. Muse AI Pricing and Token Allowances

Most confusion about Muse AI pricing comes from conflating four distinct things. They are not interchangeable.

Four Kinds of "Muse Tokens" and Access

Free usage limit

Muse is free to use with a usage cap. When you hit the limit, you can either upgrade to a paid plan or wait for the free allowance to refresh . Meta's official Help Center confirms the free tier exists but does not state its size on that page. However, multiple independent sources report the free tier provides 100 million tokens per week. This figure comes from Mark Zuckerberg's Threads post and reporting by outlets like Nasdaq , not from Meta's Help Center. When citing it, note the source distinction: official confirmation of "a limit exists" versus third-party reporting of "the limit is 100M/week."

Referral bonus tokens

New users who redeem an invite code within 48 hours of signing up receive a one-time grant of 1 billion tokens, and the code owner receives the same. This bonus sits on top of your recurring weekly allowance and does not alter the free or paid tier's periodic quota. On whether bonus tokens expire, stack, or in what order they're consumed, Meta has published no public documentation. Community sources claim redeemed tokens never expire , but Meta's official post confirms the 1B bonus and the 48-hour window without addressing expiration . Present this as "reported" rather than "confirmed."

Subscription plans

Paid plans exist for users who need more than the free tier allows. Meta's official Help Center explicitly lists prices and weekly allowances—unlike the free tier situation above:

  • Power plan: $20/month, 500M Muse tokens per week

  • Maximum plan: $100/month, 3B Muse tokens per week

Subscriptions are managed through your Meta account on the mobile app or at muse.ai. Billing auto-renews monthly unless cancelled . Muse and its subscriptions are in limited testing and not available in all regions .

Actual work completed

A token is a unit of agent workload, not a unit of output. A research run, a browser session, a background task, a generated document, a sent message—each consumes tokens at a different rate depending on task complexity, interaction turns, and model calls. There is no honest conversion from 1 billion tokens to a fixed number of tasks, emails, or documents. Any claim like "100M tokens = X emails" is fabricated precision. Gizmodo's hands-on testing offers one useful side data point: the reporter burned through heavy "wasteful" usage and still only consumed 6% to 11% of the weekly allowance . But that only supports "most light users won't hit the cap"—it does not establish a task conversion.

What are Muse AI free tokens worth in dollars?

Meta does not publish a price per token, and the referral bonus cannot be cashed out — tokens are usage credit, nothing more. Third-party sites have produced dollar estimates for 1 billion tokens by dividing reported subscription prices by reported plan allowances, and those estimates disagree with each other by a wide margin because both inputs are unofficial. If a page tells you the bonus is "worth $50" (or any other figure) as a fact, it is presenting arithmetic on unverified numbers as a valuation. The defensible statement is narrower: 1 billion tokens is a large amount of usage relative to a free tier — roughly ten weeks of the free allowance, by one secondary estimate — and it costs you nothing to claim inside the 48-hour window. Dollar value not established

Do referral tokens expire?

Meta has not published whether the one-time bonus expires, whether it stacks with a paid plan, or which pool is spent first. Check the usage screen in your own account after redeeming; that is the only authoritative source, and it is specific to your account. Do not build a business process on bonus tokens whose rules are not written down.

7. Is Muse AI safe?

Meta built Muse's safety story into the product architecture rather than bolting it on. Per the launch announcement, the protections are:

  • A dedicated computer of your own. Muse runs on Muse Secure VM, a virtual machine that houses the agent and your data, contained so no one else's agent can reach it. Credentials for services you connect are stored there.

  • A separate gatekeeper. A second agent, Sentinel, runs on the same machine but is kept apart from Muse at the system level. Nothing Muse does reaches the internet unless Sentinel approves it, and Sentinel asks you for permission when needed.

  • Muse never sees your secrets. Muse has no visibility into your passwords or payment methods. Credentials you share go into secure storage so Muse can use them without seeing them, and it cannot see passwords you type into the browser yourself.

  • Approval before sensitive actions. Muse checks with you before actions like sending an email or making a purchase. Per connection, you choose allow once, always allow, or deny, and you can change defaults at any time.

  • Granular, revocable access. You choose which apps Muse connects to and exactly how much each can do — read-only email access is a different grant from send access. You can change access or disconnect a service whenever you want.

  • A complete audit trail. Muse shows you everything it has done and plans to do. You can review agent activity, manage permissions, report issues, tell Muse to "forget" specific things it has learned, and opt out of your interactions being used to train Meta's models.

  • No ad-system sharing. Meta states Muse does not share your conversations or the data in your VM with its ad systems.

  • Coming later in 2026: Muse Confidential VM, where the entire VM — data and conversations included — is encrypted with a key only you hold, so not even Meta can access it. Announced, not live

The risks that remain — read this part carefully

Those protections govern how Muse is built. The practical risk is what you grant:

  • Permissions are real access. An agent that can read your email can read all of it, not just the thread you had in mind. Connect the minimum set of accounts a task needs, at the lowest access level that works.

  • "Always allow" removes the checkpoint. The approval prompt is the safety mechanism; approving everything by default turns a supervised agent into an unsupervised one.

  • Background execution cuts both ways. Muse working while you sleep is the product's main benefit — and it means mistakes, misread instructions, or a compromised connected account also operate while you sleep. Review the audit trail the way you'd review a bank statement.

  • Connected accounts widen the blast radius. Every connector is another service whose data Muse can reach and act on. Disconnect services you stop using.

On documented incidents: Muse launched on September 8, 2026, and the primary sources consulted for this page describe protections, not incidents. We found no documented security incident involving Muse in those sources, and independent security evaluation of a product this new is still thin. That is an absence of reporting, not proof of safety — the honest position is that the architecture is well described and the track record is short. Incident record: too early to assess

8. Muse AI connectors

Connectors are how Muse reaches outside itself into your accounts and tools. Meta says the full, current list lives in your Muse app settings, and that Muse can connect to "dozens of tools" businesses already use — but it has not published the complete list, so this table includes only integrations Meta has named. One rule applies to every row: read access and action permission are separate grants, and a connector's existence never means Muse can act without the permission you set.

Notably absent: Meta's Muse materials do not name eBay, Facebook Marketplace listings, or any specific calendar provider as integrations. Muse can set reminders and track goals natively, and it can browse the web and fill out forms with your approval — but that is not the same as a supported, managed integration with those platforms. Claims elsewhere that Muse "manages your eBay store" or "posts to Marketplace for you" go beyond anything Meta has documented. Not documented by Meta

9. Practical Muse AI prompts and use cases

These are example prompts written to match capabilities Meta documents. They are illustrations of how to ask — not tested demonstrations, and we make no claim about the quality of any individual result.

Example prompt · Research

"Research three venues in [your town] for a 60-person event. Compare capacity, rental cost, and what's included, and put it in a table. Flag anything you couldn't verify."

Plays to documented strengths: web browsing, multi-source comparison, document creation. Asking it to flag unverified claims is a habit worth building into every research prompt.

Example prompt · Email triage

"Read this week's email. Summarize anything that needs a decision from me, draft replies for the routine ones, and don't send anything until I approve it."

Matches Meta's permission model exactly: read access plus draft-and-approve, rather than blanket send permission on day one.

Example prompt · Monitoring

"Watch the price of [specific item] at [retailer]. If it drops below $[amount], alert me — don't buy it without asking."

Price monitoring and background alerts are documented capabilities. Keeping the purchase itself behind an approval is the safe default.

Example prompt · Selling something

"I'm selling a [item]. Research what comparable items actually sold for recently, then draft a listing with an honest description including [known flaws]. I'll post it myself."

Research and drafting are documented; posting the listing is deliberately left to you, because no Marketplace or eBay listing integration is documented by Meta.

Example prompt · Small business

"Using my Instagram analytics from the last 30 days, tell me which posts drove the most profile visits, and draft two follow-up posts in the same style using my Canva templates."

Built on two confirmed connectors (Instagram professional analytics, Canva) and the small-business use case Meta itself promotes.

Example prompt · Goal tracking

"My goal is [goal] by [date]. Build a plan, put the milestones on my schedule, and check in with me every Friday on progress — adjusting the plan when my week changes."

Goal-based planning, reminders, and proactive adjustment are core documented behaviors — the clearest difference between an agent and a chatbot.

10. Frequently asked questions

Is Muse AI free?

Yes. Meta's product page states Muse is available for free with a usage limit. If you reach the free limit and want more, you can upgrade to a paid subscription or wait until your free usage refreshes. Confirmed

Is the 1 billion token Muse AI invite code offer real?

The offer was announced by Muse's official social account on September 16, 2026, and quoted by multiple independent outlets: invite up to 20 friends, and each side gets 1 billion tokens when the new user onboards and redeems the code. However, Meta's public product pages do not currently publish the program's terms, so we classify the details as reported rather than documented. The code in the panel at the top of this page is this site's own invite code, taken from our Muse account — not a code scraped from another site. Reported

Where do I enter a Muse AI redeem code?

In Muse itself: open Settings and use the redeem invite code option — reported as Settings → General → Redeem invite code on the web, and directly under Settings in the app. There is no legitimate external website for redemption; anyone asking you to enter a code (or pay a fee) on another site is not part of this program. Reported

Can the referral code be put into the join URL?

No. Muse's own share text sends the link and the code separately — muse.ai/join with no code attached — and there is no documented way to append a code to that URL; a hand-built link with the code in it does not apply the bonus. The code is redeemed in Settings within 48 hours of joining, after the account exists. The only working shareable link is the one Muse generates from the Invite button in the app; the code in our panel came from that same share sheet. Reported

I already have a Muse account. Can I still redeem a code?

Only if your account is less than 48 hours old, per the reported terms. After that window, the referral bonus is not available to your account. You can still earn the same bonus the other way: share your own code and receive 1 billion tokens for each friend (up to 20) who redeems within their window. Reported

Do Muse AI referral tokens expire?

Meta has not published an answer. It also has not published whether bonus tokens stack with a paid plan or in what order they are drawn down. Some third-party sites assert the tokens never expire; that claim does not appear in any Meta source we could check. Your in-app usage screen is the only authoritative answer for your account. Not published by Meta

How many times can one Muse AI invite code be used?

A referrer can earn the bonus for up to 20 friends, per the announcement. The separate question — how many total redemptions a single shared code supports before it stops working — has not been published by Meta, and community reports conflict (roughly 20–30). Practically: a code posted on a busy page may already be exhausted; if one fails, try another. Reported

What does Muse AI cost? What is the Muse AI pricing?

Free with a usage limit, plus paid subscription plans for people who want more — that much is confirmed by Meta. Specific plan names, prices, and per-plan token allowances do not appear on the Meta pages consulted for this article, so this page does not quote prices it could not verify from a primary source. Check muse.ai or the app for the pricing that applies to your account and region. Confirmed in part

Can Muse AI post items to Facebook Marketplace for me?

Meta documents connectors for Facebook Pages, Instagram professional accounts, and Meta ad accounts — business presence tools. It does not document a Facebook Marketplace listing integration, and Marketplace selling happens under your personal account. Muse can research comparable sold prices and draft your listing copy (a documented use of its research and writing abilities); publishing the listing itself is not an officially documented capability, and you should expect to post it yourself. Not documented by Meta

Can Muse AI publish posts to my Facebook Page or Instagram?

Meta's small-business announcement confirms Muse connects to Facebook Pages and Instagram professional accounts and "already understands your business" — what you sell, your brand voice, and your common customer questions. It frames the value as reach and customer work handled in the background. The announcement does not enumerate a specific "publish posts unattended" feature, and Muse's general design asks your permission before actions like sending messages — so plan on an approve-then-publish workflow rather than fully unattended posting, and confirm the exact permissions in your connector settings. Connectors confirmed Unattended publishing not documented

Can Muse AI manage my eBay listings?

eBay is not among the integrations named in any Meta Muse material we consulted. Muse supports custom connectors, and it can browse the web and fill out forms with your approval, so a determined user could build something — but "Muse manages your eBay listings" is not an officially documented feature, and any tool claiming it is a turnkey capability is ahead of the evidence. Researching sold comparables and drafting listing text, by contrast, are squarely within documented behavior. Not documented by Meta

Is it safe to connect my email and accounts to Muse?

Muse runs on a dedicated secure VM; a separate Sentinel agent must approve anything before it reaches the internet; Muse cannot see your passwords or payment methods; you set per-app permissions (for example, email read-only vs. read-and-send), approve sensitive actions, see a full audit trail, and can disconnect any service at any time. The residual risk is the breadth of what you grant and whether you review what the agent did. Start narrow, keep approvals on, and read the audit trail. See section 7. Confirmed

Does Muse keep working after I close the app?

Yes — that is the central design. Meta states Muse keeps working in the background whether or not you are actively using the app, and returns to you when something changes or when it needs approval, such as before sending an email or making a purchase. This applies to unattended tasks you set up, like monitoring prices or daily reports. It can only act within the permissions and connections you have granted. Confirmed

Where is Muse AI available?

The United States (iOS, Android, and muse.ai) at launch on September 8, 2026, with Canada confirmed in Meta's September 29 small-business announcement. AI glasses support is announced as coming soon. Meta has not published availability dates for other countries, and an invite code does not change regional availability. Confirmed

Can I disconnect my accounts or make Muse forget things?

Yes. Meta states you can change access or disconnect a service whenever you want, tell Muse to "forget" specific things it has learned, and opt out of your interactions being used to train Meta's AI models. Muse also does not share your conversations or VM data with Meta's ad systems. Confirmed

Sources

Referral-program details (the 1 billion token figure, the 48-hour redemption window, the 20-friend structure, and redemption steps) come from secondary reporting of Muse's September 16, 2026 announcement, because Meta's public pages do not publish the program's terms. Those details are labeled Reported wherever they appear and should be re-verified in-app before being relied on.
